One to one psychological coaching

Jackie works with people on a one to one basis using Mindfulness, CBT, NLP and tools from clinical psychology, coaching and counselling. She can help people to live fully in the present while healing the past, enabling them to move into their future with optimism.

Having done this work for many years, and because of her writing career, Jackie now only works with a small number of people at a time. Often, just one session can help you plan how to make progress in your life.
