Public Mindfulness Workshops

After Alfie and I returned from our 10-week sojourn in New York where I taught at Tibet House and the Tibetan Museum (read Blog), I shall be teaching again at the Tibetan Museum on Staten Island on Saturday 14th October for 2 hours: “The benefits of living Mindfully”

1. Mindfulness intensive for personal and professional use

Held near Blaise Castle, Bristol. Next one Saturday 11th November 2017.

10 a.m. to 5 p.m.: £85 including notes, 14 MP3s, lunch and hot and cold drinks.

This popular 7-hour workshop, taking place from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m, is suitable for people who would like to follow a Mindfulness course to enhance their personal and professional lives but have limited time and want the benefit of learning the main Mindfulness practices. You will be prepared to work hard and at the end of the day you will be sent 14 MP3 recordings and the handout to enable you to keep on track.

Because of a ‘suitcase’ of tools, collected over many years of study (see my qualifications), I recognise how useful it is to use Mindfulness while practising other disciplines. This workshop therefore attracts a wide range of participants.There will be ample opportunity to discuss and plan for how to incorporate Mindfulness into your professional and personal life.After the day, I will be available by e mail to respond to any questions that may arise.

Limited to a maximum of 8 participants

2.   3-hour Mindfulness session for beginners

Held near Blaise Castle, Bristol.

Sunday 1st October, 2 to 5 p.m.

 

Introduction to mindfulness and practical exercises including different forms of meditation. £30 inclusive of tea/coffee and cakes.  A relaxing and friendly session. Participants leave with a good foundation, able to immediately practise Mindfulness in their daily lives.

3.   Mindfulness practice sessions for on-going Mindfulness students  

The next session will take place on Monday 2nd October 2017, 7 to 9

Discussion of practice, in-depth practices and opportunities to connect and re-connect with others who have been through the same Mindfulness programme. £10.
