1. Mindfulness intensive for personal and professional use

Held near Blaise Castle, Bristol. Next one Sunday 25th March 2018

10 a.m. to 5 p.m.: £90 including notes, 14 MP3s, lunch and hot and cold drinks.

This popular 7-hour workshop, taking place from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m, is suitable for people who would like to follow a Mindfulness course to enhance their personal and professional lives but have limited time and want the benefit of learning the main Mindfulness practices. You will be prepared to work hard and at the end of the day you will be sent 14 MP3 recordings and the handout to enable you to keep on track.

Because of a ‘suitcase’ of tools, collected over many years of study (see my qualifications), I recognise how useful it is to use Mindfulness while practising other disciplines. This workshop therefore attracts a wide range of participants. There will be ample opportunity to discuss and plan for how to incorporate Mindfulness into your professional and personal life. After the day, I will be available by e mail to respond to any questions that may arise.

Limited to a maximum of 8 participants
